Vintage unique large pin brooch by Lang. It is intricately detailed windmill with moving (rotating) arms, done in stamped sterling silver. very unique, and lots of textured silver work. It is stamped "Sterling, Lang."

The condition is  excellent. There is some old patina tarnishing due to age. It measure 2" long.
