 Sterling Silver Ring with CZ Heart Ring Sz 9.   Very lovely and the large Clear CZ heart  really stands out as it sticks up 7mm from the ring band.   The heart setting is 7x 7 mm.    It is marked on the inside with what looks like the initials KD and 925 and then soemthing else I cannot make out.   

The ring is hand crafted and pre-owned and maybe a little out of round.   But not enough to notice while worn.
