Stunning Neoclassical Jeweled Muncha French Goddess Tassel sash brooch

I love the period of Art Nouveau. The women that were depicted in the jewelry were rare beauties indeed! Long flowing hair with cherub like faces caused the design for this huge brooch to come to light. The golden glass bezel set stones on either side of this ethereal beauty cause her to light up and who the raised relief from the center piece. A similar smaller beauty sits under it contemplating life. This has 8 thick snake like tassles. It measures 2 1/2" wide and 3" long.
