Summitt Glass Swan Covered Candy or Powder Dish in blue carnival glass. The lid has a swan on top with three swans around the dish. Westmoreland used to make these, but never in this color. Lovely blue carnival glass. Mint condtiion, New, from the 1990 era. Aprox 6 inches tall including lid x 5 inches across base.
