I don't really know what to make of this. It appears a oil painting using an image as a base. I think is a magazine cut out. Then that image is attached to larger format that has been completely painted over and includes a ticket that adds an interesting element.
It is a very interesting picture. It is simply marked B.F. 11/88.
The condition is good. There is a mark on the mat. It is framed but there is no glass.
