Tera cotta or Terracotta  Monotone Burnished  Pottery Fish sculpture wall plaque Mexican art.   It is made with a glazed pottery and with the fine details etched in with a contrasting lighter color.  It is 7 inches x 5.5 inches.  

The condition is very good.  The  back side is a bit rough and has some dark spots that makes me think that this was hung outside.    There is a rope hanger on the back.    It is unsigned
