TEXAS CATTLE RAISERS ASSOCIATION Silver Anniversary  San Antonio March 12 -13 1901 MEMBER Badge  On Card  RARE.     Features a hanging coin with a star in the center with a building that hangs from the pin part.     The letter on both pieces is excellent.   I is made of coin silver by Chase Simmang of Texas.   It is still attached to the paper card.  Although the card is faded and torn there is some writing still visible.   It says " Coin Silver"  .    The badge is 2.75" long.   Other than some expected patina the condition is excellent.   

This is an extremely rare find.     Year ago I purchased a box of badges, ribbons and pin from an estate sale.  Then just put the whole lot on a shelf in storage then  forgot about them until just recently I began to go through all my boxes of forgotten treasures.  So glad I did so as it is thrilling to paw through all of these wonderful, beautiful and significant bits of American History.
