The Capitol Washington DC collectors Plate. Wonderful design showing the White House in Washington D.C. It is made by Taylor Smith & Taylor in their Classic Design. Wonderful gold Border on a yellow border with a off white plate. Mint condition, it has some gold paint under the glaze on the back that is original to manufacture. Probably from the late 1940 or early 1950 era 10 1/2"
