Tourist Bugs VW British Ford Italian Fiat Ad 1957 This is a April 15, 1957 advertisement. It is a great ad titled Fuel Saving Tourist Bugs and it is for the German Volkswagen, British Fort, British MG, British Hillman and Italian Fiat 600 and French Renault and the hit is the black French Simca. These cars are shown in a circle and in the middle is a grasshopper like contraption the German Messerchmitt. Ad has a great picture of three travelers in Geneva weighing down the roof of a French tour cylinder Renault. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad, This magazine tear sheet measures 10 inches wide by 14 inches tall.
