This is a nice clean 10" sweep ratchet brace marked "UNITED HARDWARE & TOOL CORP. FULTON" engraved on the chuck sleeve and also marked "GERMANY 1410" on the arm of the steel frame.  We have not seen another like it in over 20 years of tool collecting.  It's in great working order, ratchet chuck work great, the head head ball bearing work smoothly as does the crank handle.  The handles are hardwood, some minor wear, but overall in nice shape.  Some nickel plating is intact, otherwise fairly nicely polished finish on the steel.  The knurl on the threaded chuck sleeve has a few dings and scratch, look like someone used pliers for extra leverage, not bad, not damaged, just effect appearance.  Overall a nice tool.
