This is a rarely seen adjustable lever speed wrench, made by Universal Wrench Co.. It has a good working spring loaded lever return, that keeps the jaw open when no pressure is applied. There is some minor jaw wear and some rust pitting on the handle mostly, but overall a very clean, unusual wrench.
