 Aurora  Borealis Rhinestone Choker / Bib  Necklace .       It is 17" long from end to end. Plus the length is adjustable.  The width of the front portion is 1.5".  
The front cluster of rhinestones are set in such away that it is gently arches inwards in order the nestle against the small of the neck comfortably and gives it a more elegant look.    The stones are all there and vary in size.  There to two rectangle ones in front.    The condition is excellent.
