This is a very old curling iron. It was never used. I had two of these, but have sold the pink handled one. There is only a fragment of the original tag left on this one. They each had a sticky tag from "McConnel", which I beleive was a department store. It is stamped Made in USA. It measures approx. 9 1/2'X3". The shipping fee quoted is for priority/uninsured in USA only.
