Wonderful Victorian Brass Lady Hand Bell. This is definitely Victorian and quite heavy.
The gong in the underneath is very hard to photograph but it is there. She has a stern look,
so she must be warning those who hear it, must come quickly. She measures 5"high
and 9 1/4 in diameter excluding her arms.
She is in excellent condition
