Victorian Bugle hunting Brooch with tooth and bird

 

This most unusual hunting bugle came to me and it really intrigued me. Was is used as a medal for attending and event or winning one>? Dates in the early 1930's and  has its original cord wrappings on it that are  colorful pieces of leather.
