Victorian Forbes Silver Plate Co. Crystal Shakers & Caddy. It is marked that it is Quadruple plate. The caddy stands 4.5" tall. It is heavily tarnished and the stand pole and handle appear to be lopsided. There are 3 paneled crystal shakers. I assume that they are for spices, salt and pepper. However it could be for Cinnamon. The crystal glass is in excellent condition and the top are without damage.
