Beautiful Victorian Gold and Silver Necklace and earrings with Rubies and Diamonds. During the Victorian period there was no white gold and platinum wasn't really used in jewelry till the 20th century, so silver was added to the gold to create the white background. It is a charming and feminine and romantic set. It is in excellent condition with all the stones in tact. the necklace measures a little over 15". The earrings are 1 1/4" long and 3/4" at the widest part.
