Victorian Ladies Black Jet Beaded Bodice Applique 19th Century. This is authentic and all hand sewn glass beads and faceted sequins silk cording with black chiffon between the gaps. It measures 19 x 13 inches. It appears to be in very good condition There is some assymetry from each side towards the top.. Not sure there there is something missing or if that is they way it is meant to be. There is also a few very small holes on the chiffon in a few places. You can see them in the pictures provided. But probably won't show up once sewn on a dress. It can be carefully sewn on to the front bodice of the dress, or even the back. Or you could simply have it framed. It is absolutely beautiful and it is so rare to find a piece like this in such fine condition.
