Victorian miniature Mocking bird Musical watch fob shrine necklace

IN 1898, the Passenger Department of the Texas & Pacific Railway published this sheet music titled "TEXAS, WHERE THE MOCKIN’BIRD IS SINGIN’". A figure in song, stories, poetry and folklore, I wanted to bring this one alive and let him be in a glass case there all could admire him. After all, Tis a sin to kill a mockingbird ( or so they say) . But in keeping with the positive side of things, *Mockingbirds are very magical and will sometimes answer questions. Being as how this one is a captive audience, you might have some luck! Set in its own glass watch case this miniature of the original 1898 sheet music also has a dimensional tiny post from a gate with a fleur de lis at the top. at the top of the antique hanger of this most unusual case is a black rose and two padlocks. Since Mockingbird's have been known to keep secrets we left ONE of the keys below on the bottom of the fob. The black enameled chain that hold this is 22" long. Added to that measurement is 5 more inches for the pendant drop. Made from vintage parts this is one of a kind and quite mystical.
