Victorian Religious Charm Bracelet bangle french Ave Maria sacred heart medals

 

This antique bracelet has quite the darkened patina and is solver in color. Two antique medals were attached at some times in its life, probably as a show of faith. The hinged bracelet has pretty raised relief designs and it works  great. One of the medals is sterling and has a French signature on it that looks like Lavaller?. It has Mary and the infant of Prague  on one side and Jesus on the other with a ribbon like top to the medal. The other medal is quite intricate with a crucifix that has two medals on each side. One medal is the miraculous medal and the other sacred heart ave Maria. The bracelet is for a smaller wrist ( the victorians were oh so petite!). It measures 8" long on the inside and is slightly oval so it does not slide up and down on your wrist too easily. It is a little over 1/2" wide. The bracelet has uneven patina.
