Viking Silver plate  over copper  & Glass Flower Frog .  It is a 2 pc set with the silver plate holder and the glass insert.    The silver dish holder has a open work design on the outer edge and the that also is undulated in sections.  Then it has a higher portion that has and engraved scrolls and leaves at the rim of the hole that the glass fits into.  

The condition is good other then being dark with patina.. Plus there are some green spots of tarnish from the copper.   

It is 8" across and stands about 2.25" from the base.  

The Viking silver company is from Canada
