Vintage 1950's Cigarette Lighter. By Galpar  Torque Superlative Automatic  Elks BPOE.   It is a a goldtone lighter with a plastic Elks Club BPOE panel in the front.  The back has vertical textured lines.    It is marked and numbered on the bottom.

It needs cleaning up and will need a flint and fluid.   I have not tested it  but I see no reason why it would not work.   It is 1.75" tall and 1.5 wide.
