Vintage Archer Triple Sifter, 1930's Triple Sifter.  Great kitchen decor item that can be used as well !  
It eliminates the need to shift twice as some cake recipes require.   There are two round door on one side .   I assme so you can dump out any residual lumps that would not sift.   

This vintage item, although shows its age, is a beautiful piece. The sifter stands 6.5" tall, and has a 4.5" diameter. The top "crank" gives another 1.5" in height, and the side handle adds 2" in width.  There are not any major dings.   The bottome rim is pushed in just very slightly.  The screens are in tact.   The handle is good.   The wood knob is black.   Since it is old tin that is dark patina throughout.
