Vintage Automatic Helbros Day, Date Watch
It was probably was originally sold as a men's watch. Although women are wear the watches larger so I consider it a unisex. It came from an estate auction with a beat up leather band. I place it on this sharp looking stretch links adjustable gold tone band. Then I also took it to a jeweler and had a new crystal put on since the other had some scratches. The watch was worth the investment to fix up.
The white steel dial measures 7/8th “. It comes on a gold tone cushion case with beveled corners. The number are in black and easy to read. The hand and sweeping second hand is black as well. Day and date window at 3:00.
The watch and the band are both in excellent condition. There is a micro speck on the dial that is not noticeable. I am not sure what it is cause by.
