Crystal Glass Decanter Bottle Stopper. It is hand blown with the a ground glass stopper. There is some wear on the bottom and a looks like it once has gold leaf on the tip that has now worn off. This could be for a perfume bottle or spirits. I cannot tell. It is 5" tall and 3/4' in diameter on the base.
