Vintage (Fenton) Carnival Glass "Dragon & Lotus" Plate (Blue). This Plate is 9 1/4" in Diameter, with a Three-In-One-Edge. This Flat Plate is 1 3/8" Off The Table=Low Edge and 2" Off The Table=High Edge. Did you ever see anothwer one? The Irridescence Did Not take in some spots in the center. Edwards Book on Carnival Glass values this Plate at $2,500.00. Ref-C#4
