This is Fisher Price 724 Jalopy Clown pull toy in wood with plastic trims. He has the paper over wood with some minor wear, but great for age. The wood on the red nose is chipped a little and the head leans forward. The plastic is great with no cracks or splits. He makes a clack noise when he is pulled and his head bobs up and down because itÂ’s on a spring.
