Vintage German Schlossbrauerei Maxlrain .5L Lidded Beer Stein is in excellent condition and looks like it has never been used. The stein is colored in two tone brown with an ivory white background. The front of the stein has large circular panel featuring a lion on each side of a half barrel which contains growing grains and tools. On each side of the center panel there is a scroll design with German writing. This stein came from the Maxlrain brewery in Bavaria. On the bottom of the stein is the maker name, "Rastal" and the date, 1979. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The pewter lid to the stein is tight and fits well. Clean inside and out with shiny surface. This is not a new stein and would be a good addition to any stein collection. See the pictures for the best description of this stein. See our other listings.
