Very old Vintage Hand Carved Bulls Horn Ashtray meant for cigars.   The  rest os of brass.  There is fancy carving on the horn and the platform ( which is also horn).        The condition is good but there it is open at the tip Not sure it that is chip or just the way it was made..  Plus there are a few scraches and irregularities here and there.    The is also a chip on the base.    It is 8.5 inches long and stand just under 3 inches.
