Super thick un-backed vintage wool hooked rug. It does not look like it has ever been used on the floor. Or if it was on the floor it did not get walked on much. It needs to be put on a backing of some kind so that it will lay flat. Currently it tends to curl under at the edges. There is some taped edges on one side in a many places. There are a few signs of it not being new but not any real wear. I think it may have been used as a cushion top. Some of the lighter colors show a bit of soil. The main brown color show a slight color change from a clean up from a spill or it could be that the wool yarns used was not uniform in color.
