Neutral real straw sun hat from the 1940's made by "Mister T Exclusive."  The brim measures 2" at the back and increases in wide around the side to the front which measures 3-1/2".  There is a band of silk red, white and blue flowers trimmed on a cream colored velvet ribbon, which also ties in a bow at the back. The inner band measures 22-1/2".  The hat is in great condition.  The flowers are a little bit faded and droopy.
