Antique renaissance Necklace  Cherub figural chandelier drop necklace. This antique silver figural necklace has all the characteristics of a medieval or renaissance period piece .The ornate thick metal ( not sterling)  pendant has the cherubs in the center and what looks like smaller heads handing from it as well as ornaments of some sort. The connectors that hold this amazing center piece are also very elaborate. The work is like that of Cini pieces where cherubs and figurals were incorporated in many of their pieces. This measures 15" long around the neck with an additional 2 1/2" for the drop. Not sure of the total silver content but it is solid metal and not plate.
