Fancy, Interesting & Pretty Crystal Glass Bottle that I assume is an ink bottle. It has thick vertical scalloping that gives off an optical illusion of being wavy lines. The ground glass stopper has an umbrella shape. The bottom is ground and polished. There are a few manufacturing flaw that could be mistaken as chips however this is limited to the bottom only. There is no signature or makers marks. It is very clean.
