Vintage Reversed Etched Floral Art Crystal Paperweight   Thick heavy Clear Glass Large Dome 3-1/2" inch .  The flower motif is cut into the base and because of domed glass it magnifies the design.    The glass is crystal clear.  The condition is good.  There is one very tiny flaw that looks like a nick that is not very noticeable.   I do not see a signature.
