Vintage I Rice Perfume Bottle Aqua Glass with Blue Stone Gold Flower Top Plunger.   It does not require a bulb as it the fragrance squirts out a little  hole on the post.    The blown glass bottle is with deep facet that look like inverted  flower pedals. 

The top is a gold plated or gold tone metal with a large aquamarine colored rhinestone.  It is 3.75" tall 

The condition is excellent.  The label if mostly torn off but enough left to know it is an I Rice.
