Restaurant ware plate in the "Adam" pattern in blue by Syracuse. July 1949 date code. Some of this pattern was used on the Prospector Line of the Denver, Rio Grande & Western Railroad, though it was never backstamped as such. Measures 9"d. Shows surface wear from utensils, but no chips or cracks. Has a factory flaw piece of kiln grit on the rim, as shown. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
