Vintage Thousand Dollar Promissary note from McGovern. On Nov 7 1972 the bill will self destruct. McGovern promised everyone a thousand dollars. On the back of the note Eagleton says McGovern said hes behind me 1,000 per cent. Add that perfect touch of vintage to a collection.
