Vintage Jack in the Box  with pop up clown from the the 50's or 60's made by Mattel.    It is decent used condition.   Winds up fine and plays " Pop goes the Weasel" .  The cloth clown pops up nicely.   The box is tin litho. The clown has a plastic head and fabric for the body and plastic hands.   The tin box  shows a bit of wear in they way of a speck of rust and a few scratches and some color fade.   All in all it is great shape for a vintage played with toy.  The clown is in very good condition with out any rips in the fabric.
