Nice piece of vintage handpainted pottery with a very ornate handle. The embossed flowers are 2 tones of blue with gold accents. The bottom is marked Wheeling Pottery Co. inside a wreath with a large bow at the top. It also has handwritten in gold "F520" on the bottom. It is 4" tall & 3 1/2" across the top.
