This is a good quality made tanged mortise chisel that is marked "W. BUTCHER". It has a good solid hardwood handle. It measures .17" x 8.35" long overall, with plenty of good use left. It is sharp and ready to use. No rust or damage, some minor edge dings noted. A good quality made chisel that has the old English export marks on it!
