W.A. Alexander Insurance Blotter. This is a 1943 blotter, never used with an ad for John L. Rach, Associate of W.A. Alexander & Co., Insurance in the Field Building of Chicago, Illinois. It has the months of September, October, November and December in the year 1943. Three of the months has a date circled in red. Also on this blotter is the dial of a phone and in each circle lists a type of insurance that is offered along with the telephone number. Also shows John Rachs' home phone number. In excellent condition. Measures 3 5/8" by 8 3/4".
