Nice water color painting of of an old boat that is pulled ashore  or beached with a broken down fence with beach grass on the side.    It is a nice perspective and done in soft soothing soft greens and browns.   The painting was framed but the frame was unattractive so I am selling it unframed.  However the on the back of the frame was additional information that they buyer added as well as the price paid.   This is all visible in the pictures.

The painting is on watercolor paper and measures 20" x 16".    The condition is excellent.
