This is the MOISTURE bulb. Pottery Watering device with neutral unpainted spike that is made to be inserted into the planting soil in a flower pot. Water is poured into the open top and slowly soaks thru the stem into the soil. The circular spot is to tell if the bulb is empty. No additions or repairs.
