Westminster Asking For Good Sock Ad 1946 This is a May 11, 1946 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from Westminster Ltd of NY. Ad shows a young girl riding on the handle bars of a bicycle being pedaled by a young man. Seems to be going pretty fast as a lone squirrel is scampering out of the way. Ad is signed by Tony Davady. Ad reads, You are skiing for a good sock. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 5 1/4 inches wide by 13 3/4 inches tall.
