Wire Cutters Pliers Curved Jaws Forged Antique

Quantity available: 1
This is a good clean wire cutting pliers with the curved jaws for angled diagonal wire cutting. This pliers is marked "H-FORGE-STEEL U.S.A." on one side, and "FORGE-H-STEEL U.S.A." on the other side. The angle of the jaws is about 30 degress, and the cutters are in good condition with some minor wear on the cutting edges, but will cut solid wire just fine. The pivot joint is in good+ condition, snug, and smooth movement. The handles have a fancy cast grip pattern on them, with a "H" in the center of the pattern. We are not sure what maker used the capital H as their trade mark, but our first guess would be HERBRAND FREMONT OHIO as they began forging steel in the 1880's. An unique design!
