Wood Carousel Horse " Chippy" Painted Wood, Stand for Child's Play It is primitive as well as quaint. It is an unusual piece that I assume was made with the purpose of a small child's toy. It is not a riding toy. It has one wood kick stand on one side to prop it up. There should be one on the other side. It has a seat fashion from solid wood. There is a hole in the head to put in a rope or handle. It has been cut from a piece of plywood and painted with lively colors.
