Wrinkled Leather Trinket or Cigarette Box

Wrinkled Leather Trinket or Cigarette Box. This is hand crafted and quite unique. The box and lid are covered with with leather fashioned and stained in such a way to create a wrinkled surface. The pattern looks kind of bamboo or antlers but is is only the random pattern of the wrinkles. It is lined with upholstery fabric. The same fabric is on the bottom as well.

It measures 5" x 3 1/4" x1 1/2".

The condition is very good. It does not look new and I don't know anything about the history other than it is a very interesting little box.
