Zippo Lighter John Sarter Ad 1966 This is a November 9, 1966 advertisement. It is a nice black and white advertisement for Zippo Mfg. Co., of Bradford, Pa with nice graphics from an early magazine. Pictures this Zippo with the Navy Insignia and it reads, John C Sarter and his Zippo lighter witnessed the capture that signaled the unconditional surrender of the Japanese Navy. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/2"" wide by 13 3/4"" tall.
