These coins are a Half or Demi Sou Marque, one Billon Silver Sol
The Edict of October 1, 1738 authorized these at 16.86 grains = 1.093 grams
To be coined at all French Mints including Paris, the A mintmark

New Orleans and the Mississippi River region

The full Sou Marques circulated at 24 Deniers and were more commonly used
