Beautiful original antique German jugendstil or art nouveau tile made by Norddeutsche Steingutfabrik, Grohn, (known as "NSTG"), c. 1900, depicting a clipper ship as seen through a sort of stylized window or porthole in nine (9) really top-of-the-line majolica glazes. The tile is in excellent condition but for a tiny lower left corner edge rub. Please write with any questions you may have.
